The Powder Feeder F500 is designed for automation of labour-intensive and un-ergonomic manual hand sack discharge into mixers, hoppers or to process.

The only work phase with the Mobile Powder feeder is the filling of its discharge hopper and pressing the start button.

Suitability

The Powder Feeder F500 is suitable for all dry powders and granules, free flowing and non-free flowing. The powder feeder's construction materials are stainless steel with smooth welding seams so it's especially suitable for food and bakery industry's quality requirements.  

Volumetric dosing as a standard feature

As a standard feature the feeder works as a volumetric feeder, meaning that it doses the material at a certain capacity until the material runs out or it is stopped.

Increase automation level with weighing equipment

With weighing equipment the feeder can dose either precise batches    ( X kg) or dose continuously with loss-in-weight principle ( X kg/min).
