Fillermatic Sackfiller is a semiautomatic small sack filler for weighed dosing of powders and granulates to open-mouth sacks and containers. Suitable package size is 5..25 kg and dosing accuracy is +/- 20 g.

Structure

The Sackfiller has a discharge hopper with a discharge aid equipment, screw conveyors and a legal-for-trade classified platform scale, which is connected to a programmable logic controller and operation panel. The Sackfiller has an integrated dust extraction system to ensure a dust-free  working environment.

Operation

The Fillermatic Sackfiller automatically doses the desired weight of material from the discharge hopper to a sack or container. The operator places the sack on platform and removes the filled sack after dosing.
