Advantages of tank weighing:

Weighing equipment includes:
- required number of weighing sensors and mounting assemblies (1)
- junction box (2)
- flexible joints and mounting parts configured to the customer's piping specifications (3)
- encased measuring amplifier with a digital display
- installation and calibration instructions
The measuring amplifier converts the signal received from the sensors into digital form and scales it into a kilogram reading, indicating the amount of material in the silo. The amplifier is delivered pre-encased in a plastic or steel enclosure.
Weighing equipment for several silos should ideally be configured by installing the measuring amplifiers in a single enclosure, thus allowing the operator to see the material quantities of all storage silos at a single glance.
Our installation instructions make retrofitting the weighing equipment easy in nearly all silos and tanks. If necessary, we will deliver the equipment pre-installed and calibrated.
