Recipe connected weighing of manually dosed ingredients
Powder Technic's Recipe-connected Table Scale allows you to dose manually-added ingredients under the control the recipe.The equipment consists of a table scale and a touch screen panel PC which controls the dosing and saves the dosing events automatically in the database.
Manual weighing controlled by tolerance limits
The product recipe is picked from the recipe list, and the ingredients to be added manually are dosed with accurate weighing, controlled by the scale display.The automated system allows weighing acknowledgement when the dosing is within the tolerances set.
Visual weighing display speeds up dosing
The illustrative analogue display shows the ingredient-specific tolerance and enables a very quick and easy manual dosing of powders.Thanks to the 10" screen, the scale reading and texts are clearly visible.
The dosing events are automatically saved in the database
The dosing events are registered fully automatically in the database in the PC.The dosing events can be browsed using an ordinary office PC, which is connected to the panel PC of the manual weighing station.
Unlimited recipe memory
The memory of the panel PC that controls dosing can hold a practically unlimited number of recipes.The maintenance and transfer of the recipes on the control panel takes place using an office PC.
Also serves as ordinary scales
The equipment can also be used without recipe-controlled dosing as ordinary scales, giving the advantage of 10" display and tare function.
