Modern flour silos from Powder Technic Ltd
Powder Technic's delivery included three new 80 m3 size aluminium silos for bakery flour storage. Modern silos are equipped with weighing equipment and automatic silo filter cleaning system that starts cleaning the filter automatically after filling. Flour is screened silo inside the silo skirt by Powder Technic's ATEX centrifugal sifter prior to the feeding of pneumatic transmission lines.
Automatic dosing of flour and liquids
The delivery included an automatic dosing of the flour and liquids to all four production lines, as well as automatic egg mass dosing to one production line.
Dosing automation controls and monitors dosing
In accordance with the product recipes, the dosing system doses six 200-litre raw ingredient batches to four production lines per hour. The dosing automation monitors dosing accuracies and raw ingredient stock levels.
Full traceability of dough production
Dosing reports and raw ingredient consumption reports for a desired time period are saved in the dosing system's SQL database. The reports can easily be analysed with a standard office pc that is connected via ethernet to the Dosing system's PLC.
Dosing of manually added ingredients
Powder Technic supplied also Manual weighing tables that are linked to the Recipe-cotrolled dosing system for each production line. The main difference between the traditional table scale is a clear 10" Touch Screen display, which guides the baker to dose just the right quantities of materials based on the recipe. Table scales and Touch screens are connected to the process control system and dosing report are saved to database for quality control.
